Find out how you actually speak

Kyndsy listens for your own voice and counts the rough words, the polite ones, and the moments your tone gets sharp. It shows you the trend. It does not tell you what kind of person you are.

Five places to look

One app, five questions it answers

Today is what just happened. Progress is whether it is going anywhere. The Compass is what you decided to aim at. Practice is where the skill itself gets trained. You is everything that belongs to you alone.

01

Today

Your speech score, the goals you set for the day, and the day’s one suggestion — never a list of six. With a watch nearby it also shows how your heart rate moved at the rough moments.

02

Progress

Runs, levels and the weekly report — and a personal programme built from your own slips, with a calmer wording to put in their place. Levels are earned by days, not by opening the app.

03

Compass

The values you picked yourself, and your movement towards them — from your speech and from your own notes.

04

Practice

A skill of the week with one short exercise a day, ten borderline phrases in the trainer, a rehearsal before a hard conversation, and a hundred tests about how you speak.

05

You

A hundred achievements, family access, your data and support. Nothing here needs a name, an email or an account.

The compass

You choose what to measure yourself against

Pick three to five values. Kyndsy shows movement towards those — not towards someone else’s idea of a good person.

There is no overall morality score in this app, and there will not be one. A single number for a human being is the one thing we refuse to compute.

Reflection

The end of the day, in your own words

Six questions in the evening — and beside them what the app counted itself: harsh words, the deeds you marked, minutes of speech, evenings in a row. Your answers stay on the phone; the numbers are already there.

  • What went well with people today?
  • What set you off — what exactly was the trigger?
  • What will you do differently in one conversation tomorrow?

Holding

18days held

shields

A day counts as held when your speech score stays at 70 or above. Silent days neither break the run nor extend it — so putting the phone away is not a way to win.

Self-check tests

One hundred ways to look at yourself

Twenty-five statements, about four minutes, five facets scored separately — so the answer is never one flat number.

Speech Feelings People close to you Work Yourself Habits Online

  • Some open as your run grows.
  • The rest come with Plus, or one at a time — or as a pack that stays yours.
  • Your answers stay on the phone, like everything else.

A structured way to look at yourself: you answer about yourself, and the app lays the answers out in order.

Tests

Practice

Borderline phrases, ten a day

Rough, kind or filler? The options are deliberately close: no single word gives it away, and the phrase has to be read whole. Misses are explained — by the app, or by the AI if you ask.

How would the app count this?

RoughKindFiller

AI analysis

An explanation, when you ask for it

The AI reads your test answers, the misses in the trainer or your evening notes and writes back in plain words: what it sees, what to sit with tonight, what to try in the next conversation. It never listens. When it writes about your month or quarter, it gets only totals and the eight most frequent filler words — never a recording or the text of what you said.

AI comments come with Plus, along with seven in-depth reviews a week; anything beyond that, or without a subscription, is bought one at a time.

Your answers will be sent to our server and on to an AI model — without your name, without any audio, without your speech history. Only this once, to write this text. Nothing else leaves the phone.

A reflection of your answers, not a diagnosis.

Speech coach

It measures — and it teaches

Counting tells you what your day sounded like. This part answers the other question — what to do about it tomorrow. Everything here is said out loud, and the attempt is judged on the spot.

A skill for the week

One habit at a time: not interrupting, a pause instead of “um”, shorter sentences, speaking about yourself. A short exercise a day — and the day counts once, so repeating it ten times changes nothing.

Your voice

Your resting pitch, found by humming; how far above it you speak; how long and how evenly you hold a note. A microphone hears sound — it does not see breathing, diaphragm or larynx, and we do not pretend otherwise.

Your conversations

Your share of the speaking time, interruptions in both directions, the length of your turns. None of them has a right value, and nothing on that screen says “normal”.

A letter about the month

A long piece of writing about the month you have lived — and, after twenty-one days of measurement, a map of the quarter: what changed, what did not, and what one hard week did to the picture.

A skill counts as learned when real conversations have changed, not when the days run out. And the exercise itself never enters the day’s statistics: training must not spoil the very thing it measures.

Shades of speech

A joke and an insult are not the same word twice

Kyndsy tells irony from a genuine sharp remark, and a joke from a jab — and says which it thinks it heard.

possibly irony

polite words, raised voice

possibly sarcasm

a phrase usually meant the other way

a joke — not counted

laughter nearby

sharp words at someone

a direct threatening phrase

A guess from words and voice, not a verdict. It never affects your index.

The microphone is optional

The diary, the compass and the end-of-day reflection work without it. You can set your voice up later, or never. Kyndsy is still useful either way.

A family shares the subscription, not the data

Six places for a year, including yours. Nobody in a family sees anyone else’s numbers, events or diary — the person who paid sees free places and dates, nothing more.

There is one shared number, and only one: how many days the family held together over a week. Each phone counts its own days and sends two numbers — days held and days with speech — with the date the week ends; the total is shown only when at least three people are counting, so nobody’s own number can be worked out from it. Taking part is optional and can be switched off at any moment.

Two kinds of words, counted in thirty languages

Rough words are shown censored. The app is rated 13+.

The rules we hold ourselves to

Your voice never leaves this phone

These are not options you can switch off in a menu. They are how the app is built, and each of them is checked in the code before every release.

01

Your voice stays on this phone

Nothing is recorded and no transcript is kept. What stays is a count, a time and which dictionary word matched; only your eight most frequent fillers leave the phone — and only with a month letter or a quarter map.

02

Only you are analysed

Kyndsy never builds a picture of the people around you. There is no hidden mode.

03

Nothing runs unless you started it

A session begins when you tap it and is visible the whole time it lasts. It never resumes on its own.

04

No account, no name, no email

You are a random number your own phone invented. Support works with it, and it is linked to nothing else.

05

One tap erases all of it

Voice profile, history, diary — immediately. The same tap wipes your support messages and AI review texts on our server; what stays is only what payments and abuse checks need, without a single word of yours.

And one refusal

There is no score for being a good person

Kyndsy measures what you asked it to measure. It will never add those numbers up into a verdict about you.

Thirty languages, including mixed speech — from English, Spanish and Portuguese to Hindi, Arabic, Japanese and Thai.

You can pick several at once — because that is how people actually talk, switching mid-sentence. Beyond those thirty, speech is still heard and measured; the word counts need a dictionary, and thirty is where the dictionaries are.
